DINNER & A SHOW GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
SPONSOR
This giveaway is sponsored by Central New York Ballet, 932 Spencer Street, Syracuse, NY 13204. Daniella’s Steakhouse is providing the restaurant e-gift card.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and participating prize providers, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible.
ENTRY PERIOD
Entries open at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 3, 2026, and close at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 13, 2026. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
Complete the giveaway form at https://www.centralnewyorkballet.com/contest with your full name, valid email address, and phone number. Confirm your eligibility and agreement to these rules.
Limit one entry per person during the giveaway. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Marketing subscriptions are optional and do not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
PRIZE
One winner will receive two tickets to Central New York Ballet’s Beauty and the Beast for our 5:30pm show on October 17, 2026 at 932 Spencer Street, Syracuse, NY 13204, plus a $150 e-gift card to Daniella’s Steakhouse, located at 670 State Fair Blvd., Syracuse, NY.
The retail value of the two tickets is $70. The total prize value is $220. Seats will be assigned by the ticket provider.
Transportation, lodging, parking, and expenses beyond the stated prize are not included. Restaurant reservations are separate from the prize. The e-gift card is subject to the issuer’s applicable terms. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
One potential winner will be selected at random on October 13, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided and must respond within 24 hours of notification. Eligibility may be verified before the prize is awarded.
If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The two performance tickets and the $150 Daniella’s Steakhouse e-gift card will be emailed to the winner using the email address provided at entry. No payment is required to claim the prize.
PRIVACY AND MARKETING
Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the winner in accordance with the Giveaway Privacy Policy at https://www.centralnewyorkballet.com/contest-rules.
Entering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or texts. Marketing emails will be sent only to entrants who separately opt in.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received because of technical problems.
The Sponsor may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or violate these rules. If fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control prevent fair administration, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway as permitted by law and will post notice on the contest page.
If a performance is canceled or the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor will provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
