We serve people from all backgrounds and all ages and to make dance accessible to all members of the community. In addition to our performances, we offer education and mentorship to student dancers and other young artists. We aim to collaborate with artists of all mediums in a safe and productive artistic environment. Professional and student dancers, choreographers, musicians, visual artists, costume designers, photographers can all come together to bring excellent art experiences to Central New York.

Rooted in Central New York, our work celebrates both classical ballet tradition and the creativity of today’s dancers, choreographers, educators, and artists. Through performances, educational programming, and community partnerships, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to experience dance in an inspiring and approachable way.
By partnering with schools, local organizations, and community groups, Central New York Ballet offers programs designed to introduce students and audiences to the art of ballet, movement, music, performance, and creative expression. These experiences may include workshops, lecture-demonstrations, classroom visits, performance previews, and customized engagement opportunities tailored to the needs of each group.
Our goal is to bring high-quality dance experiences beyond the stage and into the community, helping participants build a deeper appreciation for ballet while encouraging confidence, creativity, and connection through movement.
